Ina time when finding accommodation was urgent due to the Covid-19 lock-down regulations, the agent at We Love Property was very helpful and acted as quickly as possible, so allowing me to live comfortably in a flat in Dumfries during the initial strict period of the lock-down. Whenever problems at the flat arose, my calls were answered promptly and dealt with at the earliest opportunity under the circumstances possible under lock-down. Kirsten was always polite, friendly, helpful and sympathetic at all times and it was a pleasure to deal with her whenever assistance with the flat was needed. She really seems willing to 'run the extra mile' with her clients. Thank you!
