Excellent service from all staff.
A particular accolade for Joel who was prompt , efficient and professional in all his dealings, this in the face at one stage, of a difficult negotiation.
One small criticism is that posters announcing the sale were issued to my neighbours without my knowledge and prior to exchange. This did not allow me to personally inform them.

Peter Waterson and his amazing team are the best estate agents we have ever dealt with. Not only is their technical ability second to none but their professionalism and customer service is outstanding. Buying and selling houses can be under very difficult circumstances sometimes and very stressful but thanks to the empathy and care shown by this outstanding estate agents the whole process was a breeze. We would never use another estate agents other than Watersons for all our future property needs. A huge thank you to Peter and his fantastic team. Diane and Tony.
