Have to recognise the role that Kylie played - Kylie literally kept our sale together. It got fraught and at 4.50pm one Friday we were 10 minutes away from the deal collapsing. This is just one example where Kylie jumped into action and kept the deal alive. Helpful doesn’t even begin to describe Kylie, she was awesome, focussed, driven, and we honestly felt at times as though only Kylie had our back. If Kylie is representative of all Miller Metcalfe staff, then why would anyone go anywhere else. If this isn’t the case, then Miller Metcalfe need to train everyone to Kylie’s standard. Agents get bad press but Kylie is proof of the great work, the invaluable contributions good agents make to the process. Thanks Miller Metcalfe. Thanks Kylie.
