I have let my flat twice recently as tenants seemed to want short tenancies. Both times I found myself being asked the same questions by different members of staff, which I found very frustrating. I did complain at the time to the people concerned as I felt they were not communicating with each other. I don't feel that I need to know the crossover between who deals with what, that is an internal matter. I just need for it to be dealt with in efficient manner.
