Absolutely terrible. I'm current tenant here. I almost died (literally) another tenant had a knife and went to my room looking for me while being drunk and drugged. I complained numerous times to the agency but they chose not to take any actions. My flat has it all, police almost every week, fights every night, insane amount of drugs and violence. You name it. So if you're looking for a little thrill and adventure, go ahead as you'll love renting with them. There's no tenant screening or actions from landlord at all. Currently preparing court case against Dali Relocation Services and Lillo Gulletta.
