We cannot fault Roman City Property on their service. We rented a student property in Bath for a short period, and Kayla went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly. Any hitches were dealt with swiftly and professionally and we would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

For student housing, the dates of rent due are all before student loan has even come in, meaning that most students have a big struggle to be able to afford this. Changing the dates around to better suit the needs of clients would definitely improve this rating.

Appalling customer service, condescending and a true lack of care. Their contracts are legally inadequate and out of date and the way they treat students is disgusting. Avoid.

Dear Gemma Thank you for your review. Our contracts are standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreements and, as such, are legal and current. I am surprised that you have recently signed one with us if you are concerned about their legality? I am very concerned to hear that you feel our customer service is lacking as this is something which we pay great attention too.
