Me again.... Just to prove my point on Rocklaws's poor customer servive. I sent an e-mail to 4 different e-mail address on the 12th October, highlighting the poor response. I didn't get a response so I sent another e-mail on the 13th October chasing...... Still no response.... HONESTLY IF YOU ONLY HAVE £495 to burn then use them. If not stay well away!! Remember the 1 star is because you have to submit with 1 star

For reasons beyond my control I had to cancel the service I just want to say well done on the service you provided me & my husband. From the start you have all been polite and very clear on the service you were providing me. When i requested to cancel the service everyone was nothing but helpful. I am delighted with the ammount that I received from my ppi claims, total being 3 and monies received was around £6.300 which I was totally surprised by, however what I was,nt happy about was the first ammount received was from Lloyds TSB Bank for £3.161 and was paid straight into my bank account, a couple of days later I received a phone call fromARBAdvisory looking for their 30% payment even although I had'nt received an invoice for payment , that bill was paid as soon as I received their invoice.
The other 2 ppi claims both came by cheque, Marks and Spencer for £1142, Lloyds TSB for £2015, I deposited them both into my bank to await clearance, and once again I received another phone call from a different branch of ARBAdvisory looking for payment again also with no invoices of payment, once again I phoned that department up and told them that as soon as the cheques had cleared I would be in touch with them and no doubt the payment invoices would be with me as well. I have never been chased in my life for money owed as I have always paid my bills before the required date as well so Iam quite annoyed about these phone calls as their certainly no need for them, if I am lucky enough to have any more ppi claims please no more calls, I am fully aware that I have to pay your company your 30% fee.

SO FAR I HAVE RECEIEVED A TOTAL OF £6133.68 FROM TWO MIS-SOLD PPI CLAIMS FROM FIRST DIRECT BANK. I HAVE FURTHER CLAIMS STILL PENDING. I AM REALLY PLEASE WITH THE WAY ROCK LAW HAS HANDLED THINGS FOR ME, AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS &FAMILY;. WITH SOME OF THE MONEY RECEIVED WE ARE PLANNING A SPECIAL HOLIDAY NEXT YEAR TO CELEBRATE OUR SAPPHIRE WEDDING ANNIVERSARY. KIND REGARDS Y. STAGG

I received £29892.82 from the Halifax and £3829.21 from the royal bank of Scotland, less your commission of course. There has been the odd hiccough with your email but all you people i have spoken to over the phone have been helpful. I look forward to the remaining claims coming good shortly and would recommend you.
