I find your processes really inefficient and am constantly frustrated by the fact that it seems like one part of your business doesn't talk to another, so that I am never quite sure of which person I should speak to about which thing. I have also been personally inconvenienced several times over the summer by having to come out to the property for example because contractors have been arranged after someone in the office has given me the keys, which again I feel would be remedied if different teams within the company communicated with each other.
I find this really frustrating from a customer service perspective, as it is completely unnecessary and could be easily rectified were you to implement a CRM system or similar to monitor/record interactions with your landlords. I.e. team members could check the last interaction with a landlord on the system before creating a booking with a contractor or whatever.

I have let my flat twice recently as tenants seemed to want short tenancies. Both times I found myself being asked the same questions by different members of staff, which I found very frustrating. I did complain at the time to the people concerned as I felt they were not communicating with each other. I don't feel that I need to know the crossover between who deals with what, that is an internal matter. I just need for it to be dealt with in efficient manner.

As purchasers we were concerned that both our information and that of our solicitor was not correct on the memorandum of sale. It had been drawn from ‘old’ sources and not been checked. A few of the details about the property were either not correct or not provided. However, we would say that they were tenacious in chasing to completion and if you are a seller we think that is a very good trait.
