Got a sale very quickly, not sure about their recommended solicitor though, why does it need an agents site between the seller and the solicitor adding extra time and money. This is not necessarily faulting the solicitor just the system.

10 out of 10. It took 11 months to complete my purchase but this was not the fault of miller metcalfe or Aimee. They kept me informed during the process and I would definitely recommend them and say ask for Aimee.

Excellent service from start to finish of the sale of our house. Was supported in the process every step of the way. House viewings was facilitated whilst she was out of the country which ultimately found our buyer. Great communication from our agents. Started off well, Eloise left and then service dropped. Not very happy that Amy called me to pressure the sale by the 1st week of dec. purchasers solicitors knew nothing about that time frame. I expect it was for collecting commission before xmas.

Hi Philip, Thank you for your comments on the service received from our Horwich branch and apologise that you were dissatisfied with the handling of the matter. Having fully reviewed the file we can see we sold your home in 7 days and the sale took 13 weeks to reach completion which is 5 weeks less than the average sale times at present. The part of the sale Eloise dealt with prior to leaving the business was the start, where the solicitors were being instructed and surveys carried out so there is very rarely any pressure at this point. In the later part of the sale, as you were aware there were external factors that lead to pressure from the buyers, we have no option but to convey this to a seller. At all times during a sale we are acting on a seller’s behalf and the sale proceeding in this timely fashion was to prevent it from collapsing, not to get the fee before Christmas.
