Hi Collene, we are sorry to hear that you have been unhappy with the service that you received from Miller Metcalfe as a buyer of one of our properties. We are aware that the property which you purchased through us had some complications arise relating to tree preservation orders, for which we had to get quite heavily involved. This entailed numerous phone calls by ourselves in order to try and reach a satisfactory outcome for both yourself and the Vendor of the property, which thankfully, although not an overnight process, was eventually achieved. However, we apologise if our involvement did not meet your expectations.
