Second refurbished PC bought from Micro Dream and like the first one can't fault it. Totally clean inside and out (doesn't really look pre-owned). Delivered on the day that they said it would be. All working very nicely. No negatives at all.

Really fast delivery, had a problem with Windows 10 and had to reinstall but it needed a validation code, email to Micro Dream got an immediate response, very impressed!

Adjusted delivery date,at a few days notice.Packaged well (enough).Good ,delivery driver,communication.Have't started my computer: and won't be doing,for a while.Didn't ask for a plug lead,but,got a freebie,anyway.

Purchased a refurbished desktop PC but decided to not keep it as I needed a stronger spec (which I currently was unable to afford). They stayed true to their hassle free returns policy and refunded me in full. Will have no problems returning for any future purchases.

Fast delivery, product purchased was used but I was supplied with the test data carried out When fitted worked perfectly,which was not in doubt. Would definitely use their products again without question, also learned they had other services to improve your product. Also get a phone message when product due day.

Delivered at time, that notification specified. Well packed and in good condition. Delivery agent very helpful & friendly. Set up fairly easy, but where was the aerial for wi fi. Found it in plastic bag thought it was part of packing. Now on a learning curve. Thanks.

Got a replacement touch pad sticker for my T420, very good communication, excellent demo video on Youtube showing how to replace it, which went much easier than I'd originally thought. Excellent quality and feel to the product. Would definitely buy from them again.

Excellent company with excellent products along with great service Going to up my review compared to my previous review I left. Very happy with the service I received from this company, with delivery and the product purchased. The Lenovo T430 I purchased even thou in a refurbished condition is excellent. The Thinkpad is very quick and I was given comprehensive instructions on how to set the item up with no problem. I would highly recommend this company.

i can only say wow fast delivery this company is true to there word i am over the moon with the monitor i received couple of scratches here and there but not a problem i would highly recommend to anyone and the packaging is brill too i have kept the box and packaging for future use well worth five stars and more thank you micro dream. very happy

This was bought on behalf of a technophobic friend whose existing PC was painfully slow and unable to make best use of her high-speed internet. As she needs a PC only for email and web browsing she did not want to pay for high-end state of the art technology. The spec for this Lenovo from Microdream looked ideal at a good price. Frankly I was astonished by its performance. Greased lightning compared to the now-extinct previous PC.
