I have just sold my first property, and very glad I chose Jeffrey Ross as the agent. I was unaware of the process, so potentially a little cautious to sell, however from the word 'go' they stood out for their professionalism. I think the thing that made me chose them is that there was no heavy sales pitch; instead they were just very passionate about the area they worked in and knew it inside and out. It was a breath of fresh air.
Throughout the process, communication was excellent and prompt. I could always pick up the phone if needed, and never doubted the information they gave me. There were challenges in the process which they managed so efficiently, enabling me to get on with my full time job as I knew everything was in safe hands.
Once again I'd like to say a big 'thank you' to the Pontcanna team, I cannot reccomend them enough.

Jeffrey Ross were by far the best estate agents we had in to value our property before deciding who to market it with. Their knowledge of the local property market, and the property particulars were very impressive and set them apart from other estate agents we saw. The professional photographs of our house couldn't have captured it any better. All of the staff especially Ramzy who we dealt with were professional and friendly, and were brilliant with providing feedback from viewings. Very impressed with their service and would recommend.

From the time we made first contact we felt welcomed. Everybody was polite and one got the feeling that they really wanted to help. Everything from visiting the property to take photographs to drawing up sale particulars and preparing a sales flyer was done meticulously for the purpose of achieving a sale at the best price.
