I've recently used Horts Estate Agency for both selling my property and also buying a new one at the same time. This was my first experience of undertaking both of these activities, but I have to say that working with Horts made the whole experience seem smooth and much less stressful than what I was led to believe moving house would be. I found the staff all very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, proactive and eager to please.
With guidance and support of each stage of the processes, Horts kept me informed and moving along in an efficient and timely manner, without being pushy or aggressive like you sometimes hear estate agencies being. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone considering Horts as their choice for moving house, either buying, selling, or like me, both! Very pleased with my experience! AA+++

The service we received from Omar at Horts was professional and efficient a pleasure to speak to. His updates were informative an he was also able to keep us informed on a regular basis, we also received updates Claire who was fantastic when it came to progressing the sale and communication with Solicitors etc. whilst stressful at times words sometimes don't say it well enough. I had the best, most patience assistance from Chris Stone and his colleagues, making the marketing and selling of my flat very easy and problem-free.
From making the decision to move in early September last year, to actually taking up residence in my new home on the 3rd February, I have had an entirely trouble-free experience and much of the credit for that lies with Chris and his colleagues. Many thanks to you all!

My experience with the estate agent Chris Stone from Horts was consistently excellent in all areas. He worked with my family with a complex house sale where we needed a cash buyer only. Chris advised we consider a sealed bid process which we did. It was clear that Horts showed many people around the property in a 3 week period. We ended up with 11 sealed bids and chose the best and safest offer. Chris was confident to advice us correctly. The previous estate agent that we went to tried to buy the property off of us themselves for much less than we finally got. I found Chris to be very trust worthy whilst dealing with us. He also went the extra mile such as he went back to the property for me to get the meter readings. I also found the general values from Horts to be excellent by that I mean everyone we dealt with offered a similar and excellent service. Clare Taylor from Horts offered us a really good service in making sure the solicitors were on time with what they had to do etc. If you could bottle up this level of service from all estate agents selling and buying properties would be so much less stressful for everyone. Highly Recommended and I would always use this estate agent in the future

Jonathan Barker was very customer focused and couldn't do enough to help me.
My dealings with the case progression officer were not as smooth and I almost felt like it was when they wanted to chase things rather than chasing things as I felt it should have been done

Jonathan Barker took on our property after another local agent failed to get a buyer in 3+ months. He looked after every stage of marketing, finding a buyer and seeing things through to successful conclusion in a wholly professional and personable manner, no doubt hugely contributing to the final sale. As a local to the village, he went several extra miles to keep the property marketable whilst we were away on holiday. All round a first rate service from a first rate estate agent - I never thought I'd be writing those words after many past poor experiences of others!

I bought my property via Omar at Horts in Northampton and everything went very smoothly. I was new to the town and asked Omar for advice about trades people etc. during my time here and he was always incredibly helpful - such great "after sales service". When I came to sell, Horts and Omar in particular was my only port of call. The sale has gone very well from our end and Omar has been as professional and as friendly as ever. I count myself very lucky to have chosen Horts as my letting agents. One tenancy was very difficult for all sorts of reasons. The staff at Horts, in particular Lekeshia Dixon, went above and beyond what could reasonably have been expected in order to deal with and resolve a succession of different problems. As I live at some distance from Northampton, it was especially comforting to know that Lekeshia and her colleagues were standing by to cope most professionally and reliably. Anyone with with a property to let could not do better than to choose Horts. I am most grateful to them.

Watched the video & couldn't agree more....Philippa & the team were amazing when we sold our home,went above and beyond duty....and we had a lot of "issues"?!
