I approached city and county to find me a property, and Callum Hannah guided me all the way and was very fast into finding me one and within a week he approached Mr with the house which I liked as soon as I saw it all effort goes to callum Hannah thank you .

Tough times success. We all know that all businesses suffered during the pandemic, none more than the housing market. City and County did all in their power to let my property for me, and on the first day of the lightened lockdown were able to offer several prospective tenants for my property. All in all I can praise City and County for all their help before, during, and after my property was tenanted.

People not properly vetted. It took 4 attempts after sale agreed to get a customer who did not drop out. When the property was sold it was left to the last minute (3 days ) for us to organise our move to the new property.

Although city and county sold my property within a week of it going up for sale I didn't feel that they were always out for my best interest as the seller. It was more that they had an investor buyer and he was their priority so I should just go with that and make their life easy. The person we spoke to to sign the contract was very pushy, kept ringing and making it seem like I was putting him out by asking him to respect my wishes rather than do what he liked and essentially hound me. Once beyond this stage though they did sell my property and it went through without too many issues so overall experience was ok.

At the point of receiving the offer from the eventual purchaser, we had had no previous offers from any other prospective purchaser. Further more, the most recent feedback we had at that point in time was from a client who felt that the price was a little inflated based on the market at that time. Our advice with regards to the offer from your purchaser was based on their position of being chain free together with the fact that they had been pre-qualified in terms of finances. With regards to your experiences from the initial contact of our Marketing Consultant, we apologise if his approach appeared hasty given that you had requested time to consider your choices moving forwards. He does work off the back of requests from our front line Sales Negotiators who have clients registering on a daily basis, eagerly searching for properties that match their requirements. We thank you for the opportunity in assisting you with the selling of your property. If we can be of any further assistance to you in the future, please do not hesitate to contact us again.

Initial service 'ok'. I don't feel
You fulfilled your promise of accompanied visits. We had unexpected visits and a few visits when c. 7 people attended which was not acceptable. I believe your service is more about getting us on board as opposed to showing care and consideration whilst selling our house. Finally, communication was very poor and I would suggest that this is reviewed in order to help future buyers/sellers.
