An excellent, efficient service . Sold my mums house in just over 2 weeks start to finish with most viewings in the first few days and offers over the base price of £5-6 k . One bit of advice..they do sell more properties faster than most in Cheshunt so go direct to them. I went through a comparison site so had to pay a higher rate of commission. To be fair I hadn't heard of them before so actually it was probably worth it to be pointed in their direction ! Thanks Mario, Polly, Emily and the team.
