I used Christopher Stokes as they were recommended to me by two close friends who had used them in the past it’s sad to say that I wouldn’t recommend them or their partners (Recommended solicitors Premier Property lawyers) worse customer experience I received the saying “the left hand don’t know what the right hands doing” could never be so true

Christopher Stokes were brilliant start to finish. Their initial valuation was considered and precise. Their team was always available and on hand to answer any question I had. They were organised and reliable when it came to the viewings. I had my first offer within 9 days and an acceptable offer within a few weeks. Steve, Danielle and Emily really worked hard to get things moving. Once I had an offer, Polly was superb in keeping the process moving. She was always on top of our file and always knew what was happening. She's brilliant! Towards the end of the process, things got a little tough and the team stepped up even more. Mario also stepped in and helped to get things over the line. I really appreciate the dedication, the honesty and the hard work of the whole team. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Great service! We were kept informed throughout the process and it felt relatively painless! Plus Polly is an absolute gem who deserves a great big high five. A lovely lady who kept things moving for us and fielded all the buyer’s questions.
