Most awful agency I have ever been in contact with. Unprofessional, gaslighting, unreliable, and doing only the interest of the landlord and never the tenant. I hope I never have to work with them again.

I have been a tenant for almost 10 years before I got my own mortgage and moved out. The agency is very friendly, helpful and staff is east to approach, open to listen and very professional and friendly. Visits to check on state of property are not intrusive, if anything breaks down it gets repaired very swiftly. Two names I remember very fondly is Kelly and Jasmine, very friendly and polite ladies that will always do their best to help you out whatever the issue. Best renting experience I had and the only reason I was renting same place for so many years.

Some issues get handled with fast response, others take forever before any updates are given. It is understandable that we are currently living in unprecedented times, however we've been constantly asking for updates from our landlord / agency about our freezer issue. At this point it feels like they would rather ignore us than solve a very simple issue.
